UNI2GO reserves its right to terminate this Agreement; or suspend the User access to the web site, web portal or mobile app; Move, or remove any product or service that is available on or through the Services; Deactivate or delete your accounts and all related information and files in your account; Establish general practices and limits concerning use of this Site at any time, in its sole discretion with or without cause, and with or without any prior notice for any violation of the Terms of Use. Upon such termination or suspension, your right to use the UNI2GO site and mobile app will immediately cease. Once the User's registration or the Services are terminated, cancelled or suspended, any data that the User has stored on the site, portal or app may not be retrieved later.
User also agrees that UNI2GO may under certain circumstances and without prior intimation or notice, terminate the User's user ID and access to the website/services or mobile app. Causes for termination may include, but shall not be limited to requests by enforcement or government agencies, etc
You (User) shall indemnify, protect, defend and hold harmless UNI2GO and their subsidiaries, affiliates, third-parties and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and their respective successors from against any claim or demand, or actions judgements, proceedings, damages, expenses, including litigation costs, losses including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of any breach of this Agreement or any unauthorized use of the user's password or user ID and to ensure that the user logs off at the end of each session at the website. Storm shall not be responsible for any, direct or indirect, loss or damage arising out of the user's failure to comply with this requirement.
Neither UNI2GO or the USER shall be liable for any loss or delay resulting from any force majeure event, including acts of God, fire, natural disaster, labor stoppage, war or military hostilities, lock downs , strikes
Any clause of terms and conditions if deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses of the terms and conditions
These terms and conditions are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with laws of India, without regard to the choice or conflicts of law provisions of any jurisdiction. You agree, in the event of any dispute arising in relation to these terms and conditions or any dispute arising in relation to the web site whether in contract or tort or otherwise, to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located at Hyderabad, Telangana (India) for the resolution of all such disputes.

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://uni2go.in/online-ielts page (the “Service”), the 30 day online training package operated by IELTS Online
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
1. No guarantee
Enrolment in a Preparation Offering does not guarantee you receiving the score that you require to successfully complete the IELTS test.
2. Pre-requisites
The Preparation Offering is offered online, through the internet. You must have access to a stable internet connection and suitable electronic device to access and participate in the Preparation Offering.
3. Registration and payment
Your enrolment is not complete and your position in the Preparation Offering is not secure until you have paid the fees for the Preparation Offering in full which is Rs 3750/-) and in cleared funds.
4. Refunds
Please note that once you have subscribed you cannot change, cancel your subscription plan. Once you subscribe and make the required payment, it shall be final and there cannot be any changes or modifications to the same and neither will there be any refund.
Refund is only possible in limited circumstances such as :
--You will receive a full refund if you have been unable to access or use a preparation offering properly due to technical difficulties in the IELTS Online systems for the duration of your access time in the Preparation Offering. However, refunds will not be given if the difficulties in accessing a Preparation Offering is due to incompatibility with your computer system.
We will notify you by email that a refund has been approved, within 14 days of approval. All refunds approved by IELTS Online will be paid within 30 days of receiving a complete written request from you with all supporting documentation.
5. Intellectual Property
Course materials may be provided to you as part of undertaking a Preparation Offering (Materials).
--You acknowledge and agree that all right, title and interest (including intellectual property rights) in the Materials vest in and remain the property of IELTS Online, its licensors and any nominated third party (as noted on the Materials) at all times.
--You must not reproduce or communicate any part of the Materials or assessments (where applicable) in any manner without our prior written consent.
--The IELTS Online site may contain links to third-party sites, content or services that are not owned or controlled by Uni2Go or IELTS Online. Uni2Go or IELTS Online is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy. Any use of such third-party sites may be governed by the terms of service and privacy policy applicable to the corresponding third party. IELTS Online disclaims any responsibility or liability related to your access or use of any third party sites.
6. General
These Terms may be altered, varied or replaced by Uni2Go or IELTS Online from time to time, in its sole discretion. We will give you 7 days’ notice of any such alteration, variation or replacement, at which time you will have 14 days to notify us of your intention to terminate this agreement and, if you have not yet accessed your Preparation Offering you will receive a full refund of the Fees paid.
